What is ETM NOW?
ETM NOW takes a different approach on the marketing agency model. Traditionally if you want to get the most out of selling anything online and social media the best thing to do would be to either hire a full marketing team to handle your copywriting, graphic design, ad campaign build out and management, e-commerce website, etc. or hire an agency or both. We still manage ad campaigns for clients (in fact, we manage over $1,000,000 per month in ad spend) and this is still a great route to take when the budget allows for it.
However, we understand hiring an agency doesn't make sense for a lot of businesses and this is why we created ETM NOW. With ETM NOW you have the ability to hire the same team that creates ads for, and manages over $1 million per month in ad spend to create custom key elements in your ad campaigns and website. These key elements can mean the difference between a successful ad campaign or not.
With ETM NOW you can hire us to write the copy for your ads, build out the entire campaign, and just about everything in between giving you the flexibility to hire a full marketing agency for what you need and what the budget allows so you can get the most out of your ads!
How does it work?
When you order your service(s) you will receive 2 emails. 1 is a confirmation email of your order and the second will be a questionnaire to help us learn more about your business, what you're selling, your product/service, etc. Once you fill that out and click submit that is sent to one or more of our teams depending on the services you ordered. Each team will start working on your order and if we need any other information or have any questions for you we will contact you via email. Otherwise we will put together your order and deliver it in the lead time quoted on the service.
You will receive an email that your order is ready and there will be a link where you can view your finished order ready to use in your ads.
Lead times:
Lead times shown on all services start after the questionnaire has been filled out and submitted. The questionnaire will be emailed to you and will have a subject line starting out with "Continue Your ETM NOW...". If you did not get the questionnaire email (and it is not in your spam) please email us at support@etmnow.com.
Refunds:
Because all of our services are completely custom we cannot offer refunds. If you are unhappy with your order or would like something revised please contact us at support@etmnow.com.
Do you offer a guarantee?
Due to the nature of digital marketing we are unable to guarantee any specific results or outcome. We will use our tools and experience creating and managing ad campaigns to fulfill your order to the best of our abilities and what we see is currently working well in digital marketing.
What if my ad isn't approved?
In the rare even your ad is not approved because of an element of the ad we worked on we will revise the ad until it is approved by the platform (i.e. Facebook, Instagram, Google, etc.)
What if the service I want is not listed on your site?
If you are looking for a marketing service that is not listed on our site please contact us and we are happy to discuss this with you.
We do offer custom services such as custom video editing, campaign check-ins and optimization, etc. We are also working on launching several new services such as Facebook Pixel Installation, TikTok and Amazon services, and more. So feel free to send us a message and we are happy to help!
Does ETM NOW manage my ad campaign for me?
We do offer full ad management services through our parent company, Ellis Taylor Marketing. However, all services offered on this store are one-time only services to help you build your ad campaign. Once the campaign launches it is up to you to manage those ads from there.
